Mitchell Ghen, D.O., Ph.D.
Dr. Mitch Ghen is a world-renowned authority in longevity, stem cell transplantation, IV nutrition, and bioidentical hormone therapy. With over 44 years of experience, he has authored multiple medical textbooks, conducted groundbreaking research, and educated thousands of healthcare professionals worldwide. His expertise spans anti-aging, integrative medicine, and cutting-edge functional diagnostics.
As an expert clinician and researcher in stem cell transplantation and he has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals. He has co-authored four medical textbooks, including The Advanced Guide to Longevity Medicine and The Essentials and Science of IV Parenteral Medicine.
An international lecturer, Dr. Ghen is widely regarded as one of the premier educators in integrative medicine. According to the President of the American Academy for Anti-Aging Medicine, he is among the world’s top ten anti-aging physicians and consultants. He has provided education through live seminars and online lectures to thousands of healthcare practitioners from all over the world.
Beyond academia, Dr. Ghen has been a host and guest on hundreds of television and radio programs, including The Dr. Mitch Show on SiriusXM and WFTL 850. He was the medical expert on America Now with Andy Dean and the nationally syndicated Sam Sorbo Show. Currently, he hosts one of the largest health TV programs on WGGS-16.
Despite his busy professional life, Dr. Ghen finds balance and relaxation on his five-acre ranch, where he enjoys time with his beloved animals, including a Cocker Spaniel, three Great Pyrenees guardian dogs, goats, cows, donkeys, chickens, tortoises, and cats. He is passionate about spirituality, reading, and traveling—having explored numerous countries and even lived in Africa, Mexico, and Belize. Together with his wife, they share a vibrant family life with eight children and nine grandchildren.
Irena Ghen, MSN, APRN-BC
Irena brings 17 years of clinical expertise, specializing in functional diagnostics, hormone optimization, cutting-edge therapies, consulting, and health product development. As a board-certified nurse practitioner with advanced training in functional integrative medicine and anti-aging, she is dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal health through holistic, root-cause-focused care and bioidentical hormone therapy.
Irena began her career as a registered nurse and later served as a charge nurse in a Progressive Care Unit at a Stroke and Trauma Center. Witnessing the limitations of conventional medicine in addressing chronic illness, she embarked on a nine-year journey to becoming a nurse practitioner, earning her Master’s Degree with summa cum laude honors in 2013.
A member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Sigma Theta Tau, and Phi Kappa Phi honor societies, Irena pursued advanced training under Dr. Mitchell Ghen. Specializing in bio-identical hormone replacement, IV nutrition, detoxification, and integrative therapies, she now collaborates with Dr. Ghen to train healthcare providers through live and virtual seminars, fellowships, and consulting services.
Born and raised in the Czech Republic she was always deeply connected to nature—her parents and grandparents grew fruits, vegetables, herbs, and flowers. The family made delicious jams, fruit syrups, and pickled vegetables, and every meal was prepared with fresh, homegrown ingredients. They also grew and gathered medicinal plants, relying on homemade remedies for most ailments, rarely needing a doctor.
Irena lives in Florida and finds joy and tranquility on their five-acre ranch, home to many animals, where she reconnects with nature and recharges from her busy life. She loves gardening and has created a thriving food forest with nearly 100 plants.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching movies, and spending time outdoors. When possible, she loves to travel and immerse herself in different cultures—she has visited over 20 countries, and each journey continues to inspire her with new perspectives and experiences.
