These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, quiz takers, supplement purchasers, course enrollees, and consulting clients.

Governed by Florida law. Disputes resolved through binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida (American Arbitration Association rules). Each party bears own costs.
