Please review this Refund, Returns, and Cancellation Policy carefully, as it applies to all products, programs, and services, including fellowships, courses, virtual consultations, and physical materials.

1. General Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions apply:

  • Physical Products: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required.
  • Return Authorization: Returns must be approved by our support team before shipping.

Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.


2. Consulting, Fellowship, Webinar, Seminar, VIP Immersive Experience, and Course Programs

  • Once you enroll in a fellowship, course, webinar, seminar, VIP immersive experience, any event, or consulting program, you are committing to the entire program fee, regardless of payment plan or attendance.

    • Payment Obligation:
      Enrollment in any program (including payment plans) constitutes a full financial commitment to the total program cost.
      For example, if the fellowship fee is $18,000 and you choose a payment plan, you remain liable for the full $even if you do not complete or attend all sessions/clinical days. If you are on a payment plan, education materials and clinical days will be available in increments (for example 25% of the online lectures and 2 clinical days after 1st payment, 50% of the online lectures and 2 clinical days after 2nd payment, 75% of the online lectures and 2 clinical days after 3rd payment, 100% of the online lectures and 2 clinical days after the final payment).

    • Access to Materials:
      Once program materials, digital content, or course access are provided, no refunds will be issued, as the educational value and intellectual property have already been delivered.

    • Attendance:
      Failure to attend scheduled clinical days, sessions, live events (ex. VIP Immersive Experience), or classes does not qualify for a refund or credit.
      Missed sessions may be rescheduled only at our discretion and subject to availability.

    • Program Withdrawal:
      If you choose to withdraw after enrollment, you remain responsible for the full program fee.
      Exceptions may be considered only in cases of verified medical emergencies or extraordinary circumstances, and must be approved in writing by GhenMed.



3. Virtual Appointments and Consulting Sessions

For individual consulting or coaching sessions:

  • Cancellations/Rescheduling:
    You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund or credit.
    Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
    No-shows will not be refunded.

  • Technical Issues:
    If a session is disrupted due to verified technical issues on our end, we will reschedule at no additional cost.


4. Non-Refundable Items and Services

The following items, programs, and services are strictly non-refundable due to their personalized, limited, or digital nature:

  • VIP Immersive Experience – Integrative Medicine Elite Blueprint
    This exclusive 3-day event in Boca Raton, FL is limited to a maximum of 5 participants and includes personalized diagnostics, therapies, and mentorship.
    Due to the highly customized format, limited capacity, and advance resource allocation, all payments for this event are final and non-refundable.

    • Participation is by application and acceptance only.
    • Once accepted and payment is made, no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for any reason, including non-attendance, schedule conflicts, or travel issues.
    • If GhenMed must reschedule the event, participants will be offered the option to attend the rescheduled date or receive credit toward a future event.
  • Digital products (e.g., software, downloadable content)

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or customized services

  • Opened or used hygiene or clinical items

  • Completed virtual sessions or courses

  • Fellowship or course fees once materials or access have been delivered

  • Promotional or discounted purchases


5. Shipping Policy (for Physical Products)

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
  • Lost or Damaged Shipments: Please contact us immediately if your order is lost or damaged during transit.

6. Refund Method and Processing Time

Refunds (when applicable) will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after receiving and verifying your return or cancellation.
  • Payment Plans: Refunds are not available for partially completed payment plans once program access or materials have been delivered.
