The 7-Figure Practice Blueprint

Reclaim your time. Transform your practice. Build a cash-based integrative practice that answers to your patients — not to reimbursement rates.

You didn't train for this

  • 7–10 minutes per patient, 30–40 patients a day — no time for real answers
  • Functional testing that isn't covered unless you bend the coding
  • Standard panels only: CBC, CMP, lipids, TSH — not enough to find a root cause
  • "Normal" reference ranges that are really just sick ranges
  • Endless specialist referrals, and nobody actually owning the case
  • Patients hearing "your labs are normal for your age" and "learn to live with it"

Dr. Mitch practiced inside that system. The turning point came when a longtime patient left because the doctor next door took her insurance — and he realized he had built a practice that belonged to someone else.

What he built instead is what this session is about.

45 minutes, then live Q&A

What we'll cover

01

Why your patients are searching for you

What conventional care can't deliver — and why patients are actively looking for a provider who will finally explain what's actually wrong.

02

What patients will genuinely pay for

Deep-dive visits, comprehensive functional diagnostics, optimal ranges instead of "normal" ones, and one doctor owning the whole case. Your patients aren't broke — they're worn down from being dismissed.

03

The $100,000 mistake

Providers come home from conferences excited, buy expensive equipment, and watch it collect dust — because nobody taught them the protocols, the interpretation, or the patient flow. How to avoid that trap entirely.

04

One patient, three wins — with the real numbers

A full case walkthrough: a 59-year-old man with fatigue, weight gain and no libido. The diagnostics, the reasoning, the protocol, the four-month retest — and exactly what that single patient represented to the practice.

05

Your phased blueprint

You don't need everything on day one. Foundation (0–12 months): pick a niche, master five modalities. Momentum (1–3 years): add five more. Elite: the full suite. Start with one proven modality and let the revenue fund the next.

Then 15 minutes of live Q&A. Bring the specific question about your own practice — that's usually the most valuable part of the hour.

From the case study

What one patient can represent

These are the actual figures from the case Dr. Mitch walks through in the session — not a projection.

~$7,500 Collected across the initial four-month phase — consults, comprehensive diagnostics, and therapies
$9,600–$14,400 Per year in ongoing maintenance once the patient transitions to a long-term plan
12–18 New patients per month completing the initial phase, on top of a growing maintenance base
Year 2–3 When most providers we work with reach that level, as they add modalities and gain confidence

Figures reflect one documented case and the typical trajectory of providers we've trained. They are illustrative, not a promise — results depend on your market, licensure, capital and effort.

"The money is the byproduct of obsession with patient results." — Dr. Mitch

Who should attend

Physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, chiropractors, naturopaths and clinic owners who are either building an integrative practice or considering the move away from insurance.

Equally useful if you're already cash-based and want to add next-generation diagnostics and therapies without guessing which ones pay for themselves.

If you're content in a conventional insurance-based practice, this session won't be a good use of your evening — and we'd rather say so now.

Questions

Is there really no cost?
None. We teach and consult for a living, so yes — you'll hear about our courses and programs at the end. The 45 minutes stand on their own, and you're free to take what's useful and go build it yourself.
What if I can't attend live?
We don't record this one. Much of the value is in the Q&A, where providers ask about their own situations — and those answers don't translate well to a recording. If the date doesn't work, register anyway and we'll let you know when we run it next.
How long is it?
45 minutes of material, then 15 minutes of live Q&A. Dr. Mitch rarely leaves while questions are still coming.
I'm not a physician. Is it still relevant?
Yes. Nurse practitioners, physician assistants, chiropractors, naturopaths and clinic owners all build practices on this model. Scope of practice varies by state and license — but the economics and the structure translate.
Is this about selling me equipment?
No. We don't sell equipment. In fact one section is specifically about why providers waste six figures buying gear they never end up using — and how to avoid it.
Do I need to already be in integrative medicine?
No. A good portion of every audience is conventionally trained and exploring whether this is a direction worth taking.
What if I only want to start small?
That's what we recommend. Most providers begin with a handful of functional diagnostic tests, a few IV protocols, and a core set of supplements — then let the revenue fund the next addition. Nobody starts with the full suite.
